Enter listing and upload documents to your Company’s preferred program

Process withdrawals, price changes, and extensions into MLS and your Company’s preferred program

Send you reminder one week before listing expiration date

BUYER PACKAGE | $400 / Sale 

Contact your client to introduce myself as your Transaction Coordinator

Prepare/review Real Estate Sales Contract, obtain electronic signature, review disclosures and other amendments.

Confirm delivery/acceptance of earnest money deposit

Delivery of fully executed Real Estate Sales Contract to client, lender, and their attorney.

Track the deadlines of contract agreement, loan commitment, and inspection contingency

Coordinate inspections with Buyer and Agent.

Confirm appraisal status with the lender.

Upload necessary paperwork into your Company’s preferred program.

Maintain contact with all parties, updating them and requesting any outstanding items.

Prepare the commission statement & submit to appropriate parties.

Request a copy of the CD for Agent to review.

Upload all closing documents to your Company’s preferred program for closing and commission payment.


SELLER PACKAGE | $400 / Sale 

Contact your client to introduce myself as your Transaction Coordinator
