Below are answers to some frequently asked questions I receive regarding my Online Business Management Services. If you should have a question not listed below, please use my contact form here to send me a message.

 

 

What is the difference between an OBM and a VA?

An OBM is an execution manager whereas a VA is a doer. As an OBM I proactively manage the day-to-day operations of your business.  A VA will perform the tasks that have been delegated to them.

 

Do you charge a package rate or hourly rate?

My strategy sessions are a flat fee and my monthly management services are retainer packages requiring a minimum of 20-hours a month with a 3-month minimum contract to start. I also offer Implementation services quoted separately based on your individual needs.

 

What is your invoice process?

All services are pre-paid. For monthly retainers I invoice three days prior to the 1st of the month and payment is due no later than the 3rd of the month.

 

What is the difference between a strategy session and your monthly retainer packages?

A strategy session is one-time fee for a dedicated amount of time with me to discuss your vision and goals for your business. Following the session, I will provide you with a 90 Day Plan on how to best execute those goals. Whereas a retainer package guarantees my time and services for a certain number of hours during the month. Retainer packages require a 3-month minimum commitment.

 

After a strategy session can you help me implement the 90 Day Plan?

Yes, if you are not quite ready for a retainer package, I will provide you with a custom quote to implement your 90 Day Plan.

 

Will I need to sign a contract to work with you?

Yes, contracts are required to ensure that we are on the same page regarding the services that I will provide you with and the pricing that we have agreed upon.

 

How long are your contracts?

For monthly retainers, a 20-hour, 3-month minimum contract is required to start. This will give us enough time to get your business set up on the right path.

After the initial 90-day period, you can sign an additional 3-, 6-, or 12-month contract (to lock-in your rate), or you may go on a month-to-month contract; whichever you prefer at that time.

 

What if I no longer need your services?

All contracts will have a 30-day termination notice. If you would like to cancel you will just need to send me an email letting me know that you will no longer require my services. I will send you any reports that are outstanding at the end of the 30 days.
